Reservation Policy

Your card is saved securely to hold the room. Nothing is charged when you book — the appointment itself is free.
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your start time and your card is never charged.
Cancel inside 48 hours, or do not show up, and the card on file is charged $100.00. That charge is non-refundable.
